Elim LUX (Youth & Young Adult Ministry)

The youth ministry of Elim Church International is vibrant and active.

With ages ranging from thirteen (13) to thirty (30), the ministry has been growing from strength to strength since it was established in 2011. As we advance from young charismatic youths, to honorable adults, we work to harbor and develop tomorrow’s leaders today.

Our sole aim is to nurture the youths practically, whilst seeking to develop individuals with strong morals and values, which will inevitably have an impact on all those around us.

 As a group, we strive to abolish the stereotypical views which often depict youths as reckless and irresponsible. We demonstrate that with God, and a sound understanding of the gospel, one can mature and encounter awesome experiences in the presence of the Lord.

Some common societal misconceptions of being youths in the church today are that, “it’s boring” and “they don’t have fun.” However, through activities, events and discussions, we reach out, empower and bring today’s younger generation into the knowledge and understanding of Jesus Christ.

Many of our youths play significant roles within the church; across a wide range of departments, from media, to the Sunday school and to the technical team. Our youths are passionate in aiding the work of the ministry.

We continue to strive to build youths who will take up the mantle of leadership in the future. We continue to inspire our peers and many in the community. We play major roles in the growth of Elim Church International.

 It is vital for the youths to emulate the success of the church leaders as we continue to do the work of the Lord, which will ultimately, propel the Ministry and the Kingdom of God.
